The Group Rate
$99 per dryer
Regular rate is $129 per dryer
Day of Service
One or two technicians from No 1 Cleaners will arrive with their equipment, most of which stays outside. While the majority of the work is performed from the exterior, technicians may need to enter the home depending on the dryer's layout. This could include checking airflow behind the dryer, turning it on for testing, or accessing the vent through the attic when required.
No 1 Cleaners uses a specialized reverse blowing system, which is both safe and effective—especially for vent systems with bends or turns that make traditional cleaning tricky. The compressor remains on the truck while a flexible snake tool is fed through the vent from outside and, if needed, from inside the home.
The entire visit typically takes 15 to 30 minutes and includes a professional inspection to ensure the dryer is operating safely and efficiently.
Why No 1 Cleaners May Not Be Able to Clean Your Dryer Vent
No 1 Cleaners is committed to keeping homes safe and following all applicable codes. If a technician finds that a dryer vent system is damaged, installed incorrectly, or not code-compliant — such as being made of the wrong materials or extending too far — they cannot proceed with a routine cleaning.
For safety and legal reasons, the technician is required to either correct the issue or leave the system untouched. Cleaning a system that is unsafe could create serious risks and leave the company liable if a fire or malfunction occurs later on.
This policy is based on the 2021 International Residential Code, specifically Section M1502: Clothes Dryer Exhaust, which outlines the standards for dryer vent systems.
If repairs are needed, No 1 Cleaners will clearly explain the problem and offer a solution. Customers always have the option to ask questions or seek a second opinion if they prefer.
